Painting in Titania's Bower!

I know a bank where the wild thyme blows,
Where oxlips and the nodding violet grows.
Quite over-canopied with luscious woodbine,
With sweet-musk roses and with eglantine.
There sleeps Titania sometime of the night
Lulled in these flowers with dances and delight.
This quotation is from William Shakespeares A Midsummer Night's Dream, and sets the atmosphere for my latest pastel painting.

Playing in Titania's Garden
One of my Instagram friends mentioned as I posted a detail from it that it looked magical, hence the title.

Here is a closer view. Although I wasn't looking forward to the bushy trees, I do like the finished piece!
